Tom Bossmeyer - Founder. Tom leads the team that delivers and facilitates the high impact custom forums. He brings a wealth of International business experience working with all sizes and varieties of organizations for over 25 years.

Tom enjoyed a successful career while employed by Honeywell International Inc., a fortune 500 company. Responsibilities included facilitating turn-around programs and assisting companies within all stages of business development.

His extensive background includes all areas within the business including, marketing, sales development, operations, business planning and implementation.

He has also been employed by two of the largest International business consulting firms providing strategic and tactical support and advice to a variety of small and medium sized businesses.

Tom has a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Business Administration.
